Personalised care for meaningful independence
To provide personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy care that helps patients regain movement, confidence and independence.
Get to know the patient-first thinking, clinical values and people behind Gulati Physiotherapy Clinic.
Gulati Physiotherapy Clinic was established to offer patients a more attentive and understandable rehabilitation experience. We wanted people to have time to discuss their concerns, understand why a movement may be difficult and take an active role in recovery.
Our work focuses on pain, mobility, strength and function across different ages and stages of life. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, we consider your daily demands, goals, health history and response to treatment.
The result is a clinic environment that feels professional without feeling impersonal: clear conversations, progressive treatment and support that continues beyond the therapy room.
"We believe better outcomes begin when patients feel heard, informed and involved in their care."
To provide personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy care that helps patients regain movement, confidence and independence.
To become a trusted physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre known for ethical care, modern treatment and meaningful patient outcomes.
Listening without rushing and treating each concern with patience.
Applying sound assessment and current rehabilitation principles.
Shaping plans around individual needs, goals and comfort.
Being realistic, transparent and responsible in recommendations.
Reviewing progress and refining care as needs change.
Making movement and home guidance easier to understand.
Senior Physiotherapist
Dr. Vinay Naveen Gulati from Kota is a Physiotherapist. He works with children and adults with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Every part of the clinic supports comfortable assessment, focused treatment and safe movement practice.
We consider movement patterns, daily habits and related areas rather than focusing only on where it hurts.
Your plan is connected to real activities, whether that means walking comfortably, working, playing or returning to sport.
Exercise and hands-on techniques are adjusted gradually according to symptoms, confidence and response.
Simple guidance helps you practise useful movement between visits without making recovery feel overwhelming.
Regular reviews help us explain what is changing, what still needs attention and what comes next.
Tell us what has been limiting you and arrange a thoughtful physiotherapy assessment.
